Returns Policy
Under Australian state and federal law, we are unable to accept returns on worn jewellery; we do not accept returns or make exchanges of jewellery once it leaves the studio, as we cannot verify whether or not it is safe to do so. All high-end jewellery does come with a manufacturers' guarantee, so if there is a mechanical defect with the piece we are able to work as a go-between for you and the jewellery company to get it repaired/replaced.
If you feel like you need to return an item, please Contact Us first, as we do not accept unauthorised returns for any reason.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however orders via the website are currently only be shipped to Australia. If you require delivery to any other country, please Contact Us so we can organise a proper quote for you.
